Tubro Terms & Services: Bin Rentals

i. General Guidelines

Tubro Contracting LTD will provide service with the use of our disposal bins. Our comprehensive service includes delivery, a 7 day rental, pick-up, and disposal. To ensure smooth transactions, any changes to your order require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Services will be rendered on the selected day as confirmed on booking.

To schedule your bin pick up, please contact (905) 859-4949, providing at least one business day’s notice. Additional rental days beyond the initial 7 day period will be automatically charged at a rate of $20 per day,  beginning on the eighth (8th) day of your rental and continuing until the disposal bin is picked up.

The maximum weight of the bin cannot exceed 5 tons. All disposal weight is calculated as follows: 907 kgs = 2000 lbs = 1 Ton. 

Additional charges may apply under the following circumstances: 

• Exceeding the weight limit of the chosen package ($115/ton).
• Same day cancellation of order ($75)
• Refusal or obstruction of the driver during delivery or pick up ($150).
• Overfilled bin – surpassing the wall height of the disposal bin ($150)
• Disposal of hazardous waste or other unacceptable materials (A minimum charge of $150)
• Exceeding 30 minutes of loading time during a live load ($3 per minute)
• Disposing of material not accepted in flat rate bins designated for dirt, concrete, interlock or asphalt ($115/ton)
• Detection of radiation at the transfer station (A minimum charge of $165, subject to transfer station fees) 
• Damage to the disposal bin during your rental period (Applicable repair charges will apply)

ii. Non-prohibited Materials

Customers agree that hazardous materials will not be placed in the disposal bins at any time. Hazardous materials include but are not limited to:

• Aerosol cans
• Lead paint
• Solvents
• Chemical and pool products
• Pesticides and herbicides
• Animal carcasses
• Asbestos
• Ratio-active materials
• Corrosive materials
• Flammables
• Explosives
• Automotive oils
• Oil filters
• Batteries
• Propane tanks
• Infectious, toxic, and hazardous wastes.

iii. Acknowledgment

Tubro Contracting LTD is not responsible for any damage to driving surfaces caused by trucks and/or bins in the agreed-upon locations and their vicinity. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space for the disposal bin is available before its arrival and are prohibited from relocating the bin using personal or third-party equipment. Customers are strictly forbidden from utilizing third-party garbage compression/crunching equipment inside our disposal bins. 

Disposal bins must be placed on driveways, unless a permit has been issued by the city which allows for the bin to be on the road (permit must be submitted to the office a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery). 

Tubro Contracting LTD will not mediate in contractor/client conflicts. Customers ordering disposal bins for locations not under their ownership must ensure appropriate permission is obtained before delivery. 

Please note that Tubro Contracting LTD drivers are unable to assist in disposing of waste in the bin. 

iiii. Winter Policy

During winter months, customers must ensure that driveways and/or pathways are free from snow and ice and adequately salted, including the area around the bin, to facilitate successful drop off and pick up of the disposal bins.. If a bin drop off/pick up cannot be completed due to snow or ice issues, a service fee will apply.
