Tubro Terms & Services: Bin Rentals

i. General Guidelines

Tubro Contracting LTD will provide service with the use of our disposal bins. Our service includes delivery, 7 day rental, pick-up, and disposal. When utilizing our online ordering software, services will be given on the day chosen. Additional days on your rental period will be charged at a rate of $20 per day, beginning on the eighth day and continuing until the disposal bin is picked up.

Additional charges will apply if:

• The customer exceeds the weight limit of the package chosen ($95.00/ton).
• The driver is refused or turned away during delivery or pick-up ($150.00).
• Materials exceed bin height ($150.00).
• There are any damages to the bin (TBD)
• There are unacceptable materials ($150.00).

ii. Non-prohibited Materials

Customers agree that hazardous materials will not be placed in the bins at any time. Hazardous materials include:

• Aerosol cans
• Lead paint
• Solvents
• Chemical and pool products
• Pesticides and herbicides
• Animal carcasses
• Asbestos
• Ratio-active materials
• Corrosive materials
• Flammables
• Explosives
• Automotive oils
• Oil filters
• Batteries
• Propane tanks
• Infectious, toxic, and hazardous wastes.

iii. Acknowledgment

Tubro Contracting LTD is not responsible for any damage to driving surfaces caused by trucks and/or bins in the agreed-upon locations and vicinity. Please ensure there is adequate space of choice for the disposal bin prior to arrival. Customers are not permitted to move bin containers with their own or third-party equipment. Containers must be placed on driveways, unless a permit has been issued by the city which allows for the bin to be on the road (permit must be forwarded a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery).
